Paths for Parents

  • Parent & Family Network Specialists are themselves parents of children with special health care needs and serve as parent leaders and mentors for navigating the medical systems.
  • The Disability Resource Library (DRL) provides educational information and resource materials to individuals with disabilities, family members, and practitioners throughout the state of West Virginia.
  • Registered Dietitians provide clinical nutrition services to children and adults with disabilities and provide training and education to individuals, families, providers and agencies.

The Paths for Parents Project is funded by the West Virginia Department of Health and Human Resources, Office of Maternal, Child and Family Health/Children with Special Health Care Needs Program.
